In short: Restock Radar does not collect, store, or process any personal information about your customers. We only read product and inventory data, which is what the app needs to warn you before an item sells out.

1. Who we are

Restock Radar ("the App") is developed and operated by CREDO LLC (合同会社CREDO), a company registered in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. You can reach us at credo.llc.0711@gmail.com.

2. What data we access

When you install the App, Shopify grants it the following read-only permissions:

The App requests no other scopes. It cannot read orders, customers, payment details, or any other store data.

3. What we store

To make forecasting possible, the App keeps a small amount of data on its own servers:

Your shop domain and the access token Shopify issues to the App
Product and variant identifiers, titles, and SKUs of the items being watched
A history of inventory quantities over time, used to calculate sales velocity and predicted sell-out dates
Your settings: low-stock thresholds, supplier lead time, optional Slack webhook URL, and digest preferences
A log of alerts the App has sent, for your reference

The App never receives, stores, or processes personal data about your customers. No names, no email addresses, no shipping addresses, no order contents.

4. Where data is stored

Data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted in the Asia-Pacific (Singapore) region, and the application runs on servers in the same region. All traffic between your store, the App, and the database is encrypted in transit using TLS.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service (our hosting and database providers), and, if you choose to configure it, with Slack — solely to deliver the alert messages you asked for.

6. How long we keep data

Inventory history is retained for rolling analysis while the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, Shopify notifies us and we delete all data associated with your shop, normally within 48 hours and in any case within 30 days.

7. Your rights and GDPR

The App implements Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks:

customers/data_request — we hold no customer data, so there is nothing to return
customers/redact — we hold no customer data, so there is nothing to erase
shop/redact — all data belonging to your shop is permanently deleted

You may also request deletion or a copy of your shop's data at any time by emailing us.

8. Security

Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Requests from Shopify are verified using HMAC signatures. Access to production systems is limited to the operator of CREDO LLC.

9. Cookies

The App uses only the session cookies required by Shopify to keep you authenticated inside the Shopify admin. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify merchants inside the App.
